R/H Bat - Slow bowler. Gangly batsman Peter has been an ever present in the Sunday team for some years. Pete's unorthodox batting style has improved tremendously over the past few years. His fielding has also got a lot better and if he occasionally used his hands to stop the ball, several comical injuries could have been avoided. His underused bowling style was first pioneered by a number of German Soldiers in the trenches in the 1st World War. However Pete has developed this technique to such an extent that his grenades are even more lethal than anything Frizt could throw at us - Most batsman tend to fall asleep waiting for the grenades to find their target. Funniest Moment – Sublime (or ridiculous) one-legged fielding display against Cranfield CC. Best Moment – A famous defeat of Ben Ritchie in the 2001 single wicket competition.
