Scott "Woody" Hinshelwood (V-Captain)

R/H bat - Medium/leg spin bowler.

Scott, the perennial under achiever of the club has played for Hanslope for over ten years. He is one of the most naturally gifted batsman in the club but up until 2001 had failed to make a great impact on the Saturday team. This all changed in 2001, when opening the batting Scott played some vital innings and on Sunday scored his highest score to date of 92. Scott is also currently one of HCC's Vice-captains and on his day is a reasonable medium pace bowler. Scott is easily identifiable by his slim physique, lovely crop of red hair and his hatred of southern fried chicken.  Scott is expected to make a big splash with his batting this season - but not as big as the splash as will happen when his massive udders finally explode.

Finest Moment – Scoring 92 against a very strong Presidents XI bowling attack.

Funniest Moment – His flirtation with leg spin.
