R/H Bat – Fast Bowler Clumsy fast bowler Steve has been spearheading the Hanslope attack for some eight years. On his day, Steve can completely overwhelm any batting attack by his shear pace and his no nonsense batting has won Hanslope many a game over the years. Steve has really come into his own on club tours. On the 1998 tour of Ilfracombe Steve managed to find the most fun available in the small seaside town, an attraction known locally as the "Big Ride". On the 2000 tour of Bournemouth Steve ruined a consistent over by getting hit for a four off the last ball. The previous five balls had been smashed for six!
